I have always had a passion for serving others. I decided to start my own business in the homecare industry to make it my career long duty to serve the elderly population. My ultimate decision to embark on this journey was solely due to my desire to reach an abundance of people and offer them quality care that they can afford. I have been working in the home care industry for much of my career as a Registered Nurse, so I know that I can offer an unmatched personal care experience that will make a lasting impression on the home care industry and the hearts of the families that I serve.

Afua Serwaah, the owner of EmiLex Home Care LLC, saw the need for quality home care services across the state of New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, most especially with the current health crisis. Our company was established in March 2020 with the aim to provide the care assistance needed by the individuals and families in the communities we serve.

We have equipped our company with compassionate, dedicated, and licensed care professionals to render quality care services to each of our clients in the comforts of their homes.
